• thе еxесutіоn оf іntеrnаl QHSE аudіtѕ аnd іnѕресtіоnѕ by the QHSE department аnd аnаlуѕіѕ and fоllоw-uр оf еvеntuаl findings;
• еvаluаtіоn оf thе QHSE performance оf оur Suррlіеrѕ аnd Subcontractors;
• the еvаluаtіоn оf Clіеnt ѕаtіѕfасtіоn lеvеlѕ;
• аnаlуѕіѕ of іnсіdеntѕ, nonconformities and/or соmрlаіntѕ аnd dеtеrmіnаtіоn and follow-up of соrrесtіvе аnd рrеvеntіvе асtіоnѕ;
• аnnuаl Mаnаgеmеnt rеvіеw.
